If the BCs heard the commotion or anyone misbehaving:
(1) he will stop the bus at the nearest bus stop and go to the
group and ask those to quieten down or behave themselves.
(2) write down the particulars to be handed over for investigation
conducted by SBS Transit. If the bus has a CCTV, it will be
recorded and handed over to SBS Transit.
(3) if the BC ends his duty at a terminal / interchange, and if the
groups were to alight at that terminal/interchange aren't behaving,
they will be held back for questioning.
