agreed... sv 57 from little india? extend 106 to new bridge road? How about extending 23 to Shenton Way and 857 to New Bridge Rd instead?

Orchard is no choice but commonwealth ave is rather busy even with bus lane. Shortcut with lesser traffic should be used.

Ave 6 to Commonwealth ave no jam but the other direction is crazy.

obviously u've not seen Clementi Ave 6's AM peak traffic.

its clearly lower mileage to ply by holland rd than pie and travel times are the same.

Finally something logicial from u. Lower mileage but I must say is not comfortable as compared to PIE. Bumpy rides. I am drivers too I know. Anyway, should be flexible. Not to use Boon Layway - Commonwealth during the peak hrs is the thing they should do now.

Direction 1: Soon Lee to Orchard Rd (Express sector)

Current Route: Boon Lay Way- Commonwealth Ave- Clementi Ave 2 - Ulu pandan
Proposed Route: PIE (During peak hrs) or Boon Lay Way- Commonwealth Ave- Clementi Ave 5 - Ave 2 - Ulu pandan.

Direction 2: Orchard Rd to Soon Lee (Express sector)

Current route(Operating on Monday): AYE - Clementi Ave 6 - Commonwealth - Boon Lay Way.

The traffic on this direction is much smoother but I also know the traffic towards PIE(Tuas) and AYE (City) is heavy. I had been posted to that area for 6 mths since last year.

PIE is congested and u'll be stucked at Stevens Rd & Whitley Rd, PIE as well.

Clementi Ave 6 is jammed because of the C'wealth Ave West exit en-route AYE.

I am talking about the new route and no longer the old route discussion. Since it is changed I had mentioned that just let it off but not for other services in the future.

Do u know that the jam along Clementi ave 6 can make u stuck that stationary for more than 5-15 mins. Road condition worsen during rainy days.
