I wonder why the VSO except SBS9889, was never given to slbp and bbdep.

Does anyone know why most of the first batch K230 SBS80xx are sent to bbdep and slbp?

what im wondering is why 9889 went to bb instead of am. harhar. but it never cameos in bb at all.. only 99 once.. never heard of it doing 147 of late also..

It did 147 once while perm on 166.
