TIB1069D was working on Service 913 when it was involved in a
collision with a car near the junction of Marsiling Rise and
Marsiling Lane. It was heading towards WRI. The collision caused
both lanes of Marsiling Rise to be obstructed and hence unpassable
to any traffic. WRI-bound Services 178 and 913 were re-routed via
Admiralty Road and Marsiling Lane, before joining the normal route
via Marsiling Rise.
No substantial damage on the bus except for a panel just behind
the 2nd axle which fell off due to the impact.

Both vehicles were cleared nearly an hour later, and the bus
left the scene for the depot approximately 15 minutes after
that.
What happened?
At around 10.45 am, a Hyundai Avante car along Marsiling Rise
was turning left towards Marsiling Lane, when it hit a cyclist at
the junction, swerved and went up the kerb at the opposite side and
crashed onto TIB1069D which was waiting to turn to Marsiling Rise.
Except for the cyclist who suffered abrasions, no one else was
injured in the collision.
Edited to add time of the
accident.
They still actually let the bus go on revenue service today
with such a tilted arcticulator and the missing panel still lost
