straight, so they have to cut into the oncoming traffic's way,
while vehicles turning right from Hougang Ave 5 to Upp Serangoon
Road cannot see the vehicles cutting in so nearly gg...
I nearly called traffic police, not long later, saw SBST tow
vehicle coming..
