SBS9802U(BRAM 28) brokedown along Tampines Ave 9 yesterday. Saw
it when travelling on 651Y on svc 29. Recovery truck was already
there when i saw it, and the tow truck was travelling like mad to
BRBP at my house there.

Time:20:30 when I saw it, bus was empty and TVM was still turned
on???
