For both companies, the working hour of duties vary anywhere
from just above 5 hours (very special cases) to 11 hours 59 minutes
(due to MOM regulation). For any working hour above 8 hours, OT pay
will be given to the driver.
Between both companies, there is no clear way to say, SMRT
drivers work less or more than SBST drivers, because the way the
guidelines for shift types are defined for both companies are very
similar.
