As for 9806, i am not so shure, but i know it wasn't perm svc 28
for long since day 1.
My First B10TL ride was on 9801Y :)
wow. what rubbish. my first ride was 9806J on second day of
service.
9806J was removed from 28 at one go all at almost the
same time as most of the 9801Y-9807G except 9802U.
