Isn't it stated in the contract or requirements in one clause
that only buses less than 5 years old should be used for RWS?
Shouldn't Genting penalise and fine SMRTB for not fulfilling the
requirements?
It is stated in this way, but that time AMDEP got no enough OC
to run on it. Afterall I guess the RWS boss had no
choice but to accept a Merc O405 to run on it due to the high
demand of the passengers yesterday.
