It would be a very hard time for AMDEP as they have to send the bus around 4-5am plus to the terminal to start the first trip.

I think it wont have a problem to have AMDEP sending OC to the starting terminal, since KJDEP, AMDEP & WLDEP had already been sending some of their buses to Harbourfront Terminal (188, 963, 855). I really cant wait to see an OC with the RWS8 on its EDS! :)

I don't think those withdrawn Sentosa services were under private operator. It was under SBSL.

Moreover, I kno of a person who work in RWS and he say its true.

1. Alight along Telok Blangah Road

Transfer to the orange Sentosa Bus at HarbourFront Bus Interchange (at Seah Im)

Take the Sentosa Express at VivoCity (level 3)

Take direct bus service from VivoCity/HarbourFront into RWS. Additional services will ply between the city area and RWS on weekends and public holidays. Details will be announced in due course.
