If this bus is on 859/856/962, and it happens to be like any other Yutong I've observed, when driver gun engine, will be VERY, VERY loud.

if the B12's are registered under the RU plate then it isnt worth to have a 12 liter, probably 400+hp monster crawling around at a slow speed!?

WC plate not RU plate, ie legally speaking can travel on Singapore roads but CANNOT travel on expressways (need double confirmation), exempted from road tax.

Lol. I know PA62B. Its used to park at outside Admiralty Sec. Sch, where i study. Always saw it. Last time, the bus got whole body ads, forgot what is it liao. Then, changed to ComfortDelgro livery.

i think the WC plate can travel on expressways

correct me if im wrong, but the WC series seems to be a continuation of WA and WB series, which are used to register cement mixer trucks and the trailer section of semi-artics.

Ok checked, there are two forms. on-road and off-road engineering plants.

Trailers are in the TRC series now.
