Actually, if he/she wants, just directly take sv43 from Upper
East Coast and alight at the Punggol MRT/LRT stop (which
is the last stop before the interchange). Then walk straight along
Punggol Central before left turning at the junction with Punggol
Pl. He/she should see the Fo Guang Shan Temple at the end of
Punggol Pl which is at a junction with Punggol Dr.
Alternatively, a somewhat more direct way is to transfer to sv82
upon approaching the bus stop outside Serangoon MRT station.
He/she must cross the road after alighting from sv43 and then
board sv82. Travel to the Blk 301A, Punggol Rd bus stop, then
walk through the HDB flats before right turning to walk straight
along Punggol Pl to Fo Guang Shan Temple.

I dun think SV43 did stop at the Punggol MRT/LRT stop (which is the
last stop before the interchange). Cause SV43 has a
express sector after coming from SengKang and
directly Terminates in Punggol Int.
