so another x-over? no wonder i never saw it.
TIB 744U,772M,816X,889K on 187
x-over means same BC drives on the secondary service. For eg.
243/198. It's driven by pemr 243 BC when it does 198 x-over.
But x-over is different from AM-PM shift.
There are many times that a perm bus is replaced by a cameo bus
during PM shift, especially on the SMRT services
For example,
TIB672T on 965 (AM shift) which is driven by one of perm 965
BC
For afternoon, it does 178 (driven by another BC- one of perm
178 BCs)
So, to conclude, another bus would replace TIB672T on 965 for PM
shift.
TIB672T on 178 probably replaces one of perm/ cameo buses on PM
split after finishing its AM Shift on 965.

Note: AM-PM shift =/= AM/PM split
Hence, AM-PM split (changing of buses after AM shift has ended)
is not a x-over bus.
