Usually these buses will stop upon flagging it down. A good way
is to, for a day, take 167, 856, 859 or 980 down to Sembawang Rd,
flag the bus down, and ask the driver about the route.
Another way is to wait at International Plaza and Cecil St in
the evening for the bus, and enquire about its route.
It duplicates 167 for much of its route from Sembawang to
Shenton Way, except for plying Kampung Bahru and Little India
instead of Orchard. Stops like any other bus.
