Not matter of dollars or cents ..... just want to know my right as
a customer of the BUS company.
now... how are you being affected by the flood? did the bus got
diverted to some other routes and as a result, you cant get to your
destinations (i,e bukit timah area)? or is the bus you took stuck
in the traffic jam and cant move at all for two hours? or did you
still get to your destination but it is maybe one hour late?
if flood can claim for the bus fare, then imagine if caught in
heavy traffic jam on roads/expressway due to some other accidents,
then we also can claim back the bus fare?
