What time did u spot the bendy? Normally bendies that does s-shift
on service 856 would park at Sembawang interchange during off peak
hours.
Notice that Sembawang seems to be neglected by SMRT all these
while - poor bus network. Also no fleet
upgrade for services like 980 (no intention of
getting any perm OC500LEs till now) as well as fleet downgrade to
full rigid fleets for 859...
