Hmm. Now quite obvious that BRAM takes EEVs along the 87XX rego
range, while SLBP takes EEVs along the 89XX rego range.
Not talking about other depots since priority for the EEVs are
for these 2 depots now since the Mercs are going off.
ya right.. BR/AM think will take in more EEVs... they still got
over 300 Mercs on hand..
