The sticker on the door, if the bus cameos on other non-WAB
services what happens?
I guess, they won't let PIWs in, since the route isn't WAB. I
thought, if the route is WAB certified, then the SL/BC can let them
in. If not, its a no.
There will be debates about letting PIWs on non-WAB routes.
