HGDEP should have chosen out some of the Volvo MK4 DMs currently
running as spares to do perm training (noticed a number of
such buses doing training around Hougang areas lately eg. SBS953B
SBS982S). All the spare Volvo MK3s in HGDEP like SBS620L have been
doing training lately too.
