I remember 46D and 47B perm 167 for a short while posted by TTS.

where they gets assigned to since AM got 10 units.
Let's say if smrt intends to put 167 as a WAB svc, WL side would
have to intake some OCs already. Putting full OCs on AM side will
not fulfill 50% WAB fleet (WL controls majority of 167's
fleet).
For info 33R still appear on 854 today though now got no more
perms.
