Anyway, I feel that TIB1010Y should go back to AMDEP. Now that it
is out from service 852.
I think service 961 should be getting a Merc perm in return.
in fact all the 4 Lances should return to AMDEP. all the 4 Lance
in WL are developing a problem of their own. like 938C, gear drag
until almost cannot upshift. 1010Y, gear slip since AM 852 times,
and the "bolak" engine, which has been solved.
