not because of skyliner. SBS180P, previous a 24 permer with
skyliner, if because of this reason, it won't be plying 24 back
then. height restriction over at CGA is 3.5m. if im not wrong
(someone correct me if im wrong) adding the skyliner is another
0.5m to the bus's height.
