I think should change the front EDS wordings on
routes with bus-stops serving both directions such as at Sgoon Gdn
Circus and St Michaels to display in big wordings for eg svc 131
“ST MICHAEL” or “BT MERAH”; so that
passengers can identify the buses easier.
And Townlink svcs with terminating trips; how about displaying
for eg svc 291T ?
and change all the front destos with small number fonts to
bigger size ones. for eg svc 5,13,36,54,55,162/M got small font
sizes which is difficult to see. should follow the modified ones
for eg on svc 53, 100,156.
If townlink do that hor, very mafan one. Townlink services key
is efficiency and seamlessness. Every time (eg 291) starts with
West Loop keeps the current 291 electronic display. Then when it
comes back to Int to start East Loop BC must change again to new
291T. This one must recalibrate, take out parts where there is the
Ave 3/5 St 81/83/84. Quite mafan one. Then confirm got people mix
up, ask here ask there. BC switch this thing takes time(in TP Int
this will create jams, I'm sure you know why rite?) and increases
chances of EDS fouling up(corruption of EDS). I think for the time
being since there is no cost-effective and time saving option SBST
should keep the red T plates.
