That's nothing. At least a few KUBs have their handrails almost ripped off......KUB's will be looking older then CRB's if this goes on.

Spotted a Scania KUB on Service 198 this morning at about 8:30am along Jurong Town Hall road in the direction of Boon Lay. I couldn't catch the bus rego though 'cos I was on another bus in the opposite direction...

Service 198 already got 2 Scania K230UB perms from BBDEP starting this week, check the redeployments thread.

Wah sei, SBS8043A, I hope I can take, and destroy the bus. Nah, just Kidding, only wanted to skip that bus if I spot that bus while waiting for 198.

Anyway,I even put rego SBS8043A on my drawing, coz I can only rmb SBS8033D and SBS8043A, but I drew the Batch 1(not DEMO), so put rego as SBS8043A. Coz he my no. 1 enemy.

lianamaster SG

Haha... but seriously, I'm not into the idea of having KUB on 198.

SBST still supertitious about 4 even if Euro 5 KUBs?

there are some very minor differences on the exterior…. too minor probably to the untrained eye.

other keywords are EDS, granny seat and wheelchair bays.

hope got more seats for this one... plus got air-con boh?

lemon1974 SG

slightly off topic: saw a malaysian registered low bed trailer yesterday along woodlands rd (in the lorry queue to JB), carrying a new Scania bus chasis, with double rear axls... should be chasis for a DD... maybe going to Gemilang factory in jB?

No.. the Euro V are environmental friendly.. so no aircon... fitted with the N113 NAC windows..
