Service 851's outgoing fleet still uncertain. TIB780P is still
listed under service 851's perm doing split shift, TIB911D is
confirmed out.
went to take a look at the rosters of 851 on Saturday. found out
that the A/P shifts are mostly, or all, taken by the OCs. one or 2
S-shift rigids are still around, and the bendys are all doing
S-shift.
