The Mobitec EDS from ELBOs can't see clearly, so TIB670Z got a
change in EDS again to LAWO.
Mobitec EDS was installed by KJDEP after TIB670Z met with an
accident, it was taken out from TIB845L that got laid up. When
TIB670Z was returned back to its original WLDEP, it got another
brand new orange EDS re-installed (together with TIB565U, TIB666L
and TIB673R 
)
