i new workplace was nearby redhill interchange, and i was staying at yishun. i wish to know how long is the bus journey from one interchange to another, for bus 851, as i need to plan my schedule. my office hour is 8.45am, what time shall i depart from yishun ?

I suggest that you take 855 if your workplace is near Spring or Surbana side.

wah.. seem very long journey, how if i take mrt to tiong bahru station, then only take bus, will it be faster then?
take bus has to bear the risk of traffic jam. haha

thank for the suggestion, i only notice that bus 855 will also passed by bukit merah rd. if i take the 855 bus ride, how long is the journey then, from yishun interchange to town centre?

another alternative, if i take mrt to thiong bahru mrt, then take bus ride 5, 16 or 123 to bukit merah interchange, isnt it faster? and more secured? skip from the risk of traffic jam?

Makes not much of a difference since 855 off peak runtime is 75 mins. Peak would definitely increase.

Morning from 6.45 ~8.30am Bus 851 heading to marymount to thomson Road the traffic will be slower so it will take about 1hr plus plus to reach Redhill.
