suspect sv63 lambat, so OCC tell the BC to off EDS and only
allow alighting. Happened to the bus in front of me once while i
was on sv3 bunchup haha

Anyway, about the TIB1052B on 960, I saw the bus showing "OFF
SVC" at first(1.04pm), along expressway till Whitely Rd, infront of
190 that I took(TIB1029U). Both buses stop at the traffic lights.
Then, I didn't know until it stop at Whitely Rd bus stop(1.05pm)
and I saw it suddenly changed to 960. Only 1 auntie onboard,
seating behind the BC. Bus going Marina Bay. Lol.
