how? =P

Junyang700 SG

Combine 920 and 922 to Townlink service lol

920 and 922 cannot become Townlink service instantly. Needs a lot of amendments. Also does not suit cos both North part of Bukit Panjang. Cos the two routes intersect each other along Jelapang Road and Saujana Road.

Feeder svc 277 Bukit Merah Int to HarbourFront Int
Bukit Merah Int
Henderson Rd
Telok Blangah Rd
Seah Im Rd (HarbourFront Int)(The bus will wait for 10mins be4 going off) (Loop)
Telok Blangah Rd
Bukit Merah Int

It gd that this svc help Resident in Bukit Merah going to Vivo City

Condition for svc277 (If the Bukit Merah Int standing berth no ppl or onli have 2 ppl,the bus will nt come, can ask the passenger to go other svc, This bus will come onli min of 3ppls) (Veri hard to Joyride this bus)

too wasteful

AEW5001 SG

35 too high lah. 179 only has 23-26 buses. Haha...

If 141 is introduced. I think most likely fleet reduction for 179. I think it will make matters worst.

141 - Bishan to Boon Lay

Start from Bishan better cos Circle Line and North Line intersects in the future.
Link Toa Payoh cos a lot of bus services from North East to transfer.
Link Bukit Panjang cos transfers from Woodlands / Yishun.
Link Choa Chu Kang cos near to West but no fast way to NTU.

545 hrs to 2315 hrs (6 - 10 mins)
(12 mins on Weekends & Public Holidays & School Holidays)
I suggest this.
Bishan Interchange
Bishan Street 13
Bishan Street 11
Bishan Road
Toa Payoh Lorong 6/4
Toa Payoh Central
Toa Payoh Lorong 2
Jalan Toa Payoh
PIE / BKE
Bukit Panjang Road
Choa Chu Kang Road
Teck Whye Avenue
Choa Chu Kang Drive
Choa Chu Kang Avenue 4
Choa Chu Kang Way
KJE
Jalan Bahar
Nanyang Avenue
Nanyang Drive
Pioneer Road North
Boon Lay Way
Boon Lay Bus Interchange (Vice Versa)

i think this svc looks 1 sided at times, coz for e return trip frm BL, it duplicates 179 exactly

Hi... I was also thinking about lengthening SMRT Svc 67 to Changi Village Terminal. What do you think about that?

Fryderyk HPH SG

Er, Scania N113CRB l0v3r, just thinking about your Svc 148. Passing through Tampines? Might as well do the full job of linking Tampines West (Ave 3 & 4, St 82,83,84). That area lacks connection to Changi. Although Tampines already has Sv 27 and 34, Tampines West is damnably hard to go to the Airport. And I agree it is time that Bedok North/ Reservoir needs connection to Changi.

Just my two cents worth.

AEW5001 SG

Hi... I was also thinking about lengthening SMRT Svc 67 to Changi Village Terminal. What do you think about that?

can, but would it duplicate too much of svc2 (frm Kallang Rd to Sims Ave onwards)?

Fryderyk HPH SG

Hmm... Couple of factors need to be considered for lengthening Svc 67 to Changi Village Terminal.

1. Potential duplication of Sv 2

You can lengthen it from Tampines. Going to Changi Village. Then no further duplication of Sv 2.

However problem 2

2. Extension from TP to CVillage would involve duplication of Sv 19 & 29. Only one road leads TP to CV (Tampines Ave 7-Loyang)

3. Already v. long route of Sv 67.

This means to extend 67 it will involve a short timing to CV. Not duplicating 2, 19 and 29. There is only one way though, but is potentially profitable(sector from Tampines Blk 936 to first stop of Pasir Ris, high traffic - But SBST wouldnt be happy though) .

Going through Pasir Ris.

From Blk 938 Tampines Ave 5, 67 will duplicate 15 all the way to Pasir Ris St 52, then take Pasir Ris Drive 3 to Loyang Ave (Express sector from aft Downtown East)

Following that, a left to Loyang Ave (Express) all the way to Changi Village Terminal.

Would this be possible?

Junyang700 SG

i think this svc looks 1 sided at times, coz for e return trip frm BL, it duplicates 179 exactly

Time to have opposite pair of bus stops. Or perhaps the bus can make the same turn with a IN OUT plate front like tat of 139.
