Ave 1(?!) and does not go thru high yield areas like Hougang and
Serangoon estates. Will have no traffic.

Lor x TPY as it does not pass the mandatory LTA rule of going thru
two "own" estates before going to a rival estate. Has demand in
certain parts of the route, but preferably to be put under

Your 152 terminates at Ghim Moh Ter. The route should preferably
go thru Thomson Road, down Newton Road then Orchard and then
to Ghim Moh. Anyway Ghim Moh doesn't have a lot of parking spaces
rite(correct me if I am wrong)?
*152 might be profitable, but most likely JUST. Not high yield
especially with Thomson Road to Orchard having quite a plethora of
services(including 143). Rerouting has to be done.
