Are you sure it is the only best spot? In fact Yishun got
quite a number of good spots for nightshot. It is your area,
explore it yourself. Even me staying far away from Yishun also know
there is other spots that is nice.
If I'm talking about conditions wise that's one good spot @ Ave 5.
I've also seen other spots and tried it out before but they all
don't seem too satisfactory for me. Maybe it's due to my luck.
P/S I do have quite bad luck into night shots LOL.
