New Bus Plate 200A

I boarded service 200A this morning, puzzled that there is a short working trip for sbst200.

Anyway I believe 200A terminate at Kent Ridge rather than looping at Kent Ridge.

200 should terminate at Kent Ridge rather than looping there, as bus arrival time will be more accurate on return trip from Kent Ridge to Holland Drive.

BTW, I noticed that there isn't any bus arrival time bus plates for Saturday and Sunday for 200 at some of the busstops.

Email them to put at the bus stops that don't have the plate if it matters to you lor...they may have missed it out or are still placing it ah...

It was introed when 200 changed its terminating point from Kent Ridge to Buona Vista

but 200A was not listed in their website, moreover this is the first time I saw this. i am a regular commuter for 200.

Perhaps we can have a short working trip for 200 during morning and evening peak hours. And the short working trip will loop at Haw Paw Villa rather than terminate at Kent Ridge.

There are many occassions when the bus refused to pick up passengers at bus stops after Buona Vista MRT between 0800 and 0830h.

I will be mad if I have to wait for another 20minutes for 200.

Hope SBST knows that 200 provides the shorter link between Buona Vista MRT and Science Park 2,3 then any other bus services ply from Clementi MRTstation.

I realised that the route changes for 200 (loop at kent ridge instead at holland v) and 95 (loop at holland v instead at kent ridge) was not updated in the bus information panel in bus stop along North Buona Vista Road (outside Ayer Rajah JTC) and in NUS (outside Medical falculty).

SBST did not pay the contractor for the change? Or the contractor did not make the change?

I wondering if 200A is a registered bus services since officially it does not exist (from website).

You dont need to ask PTC for license to operate a SWT of a parent service

Even if SBST does not have to seek PTC for license to operate a SWT service, SBST should have the courtesy to inform the commuters what's that SWT is. SBST should at least have that bus plate at the busstops, just like 95A,B,C and D, to inform commuters that 200A is infact terminating in Kent Ridge.

They intro SWT on certain svc but take quite some time to put up the SWT bus plate at the bus stops
