make TAMP int aircon int, can one.... do cheapskate style: after all upgrading for new flooring, ceiling lights & bla bla paint, install glass panels just like bishan MRT stn at berths, connect 'new' int to tampines walkway/MCDnld, insert new air con system to roof, wala, new air con interchange......in my dreams =)

heard dat swimming pools will be on the top floor (sure very cold) and two levels food court plus topshop n topman and those expensive stuff stores. And got a 'river' for those toddlers to play with boats and stuff like that.
