It doesn't even seems like a guideline of not using flash. Even for
drivers, people don't even flash high beams at the opposite
direction. Simple theory as it affects driver's vision. If a
person's mindset was that the bus is not moving so they can flash,
where's the logic?

You know how come drivers know not to flash high beams?
Coz they kenna flash before, very uncomfortable. So they don't
do it anymore.
OR
their driving instructors/friends told them not to.
Anyway, stop trying to make it seem as if everyone will know
everything. maybe they not as good as you lei??
The fact is this. You did not give advise. You did not explain
your point politely. and your excuse is that.... he should already
have know.
Why not, you agree that you will give advise politely next time?
And he agree to be receptive to advise? Case close?
