looking at the numerous NEA ads around, it makes me wonder who
pays for it all.......
anyone knows?
I suppose its from public fund reserved for Public Education
Campaign purposes. Its beneficial to us citizens too. In many
countries, it lacks public education hence became part of the
reason for epidemic and so on.
