From what I've gathered the following buses did not / have not reported to service for the day / past few days...

0410 0427 0428 0429 0431 0432 0435 0437 0439 0440 3912

In red denotes most likely laid-up.

Still in service...

0413 0414 0418 0419 0424 0430 0434 0436 0438 0441 3909 3910 3913

And I'm quite surprised that the person who reflected everything as "De-registered" doesn't even know that for the past 2 weeks we've been identifying refurbished buses...
