Details :
* Bus was not able to move despite restarting engine/battery.
Stepping on the accelerator revved the engine but no movement in
drive mode. Electrical doors not working, had to use emergency
cock.
* Affected passengers got down and walked to their destinations, or
waited for next bus.
* As it was negotiating a turn, the outer lane was slightly
blocked. However all heavy vehicles were able to pass.
* SMRT van came at 1530 hrs, inspected critical fuel/oil levels
from an opening along the aisle of trailer and made adjustments
inside a compartment just beside the last exit door. Bus was able
to move, but to workshop and stuck at 1st gear at 1600 hrs.
