You may heard of those news that which which service is learning K230, which service is getting and so on. These are the information that we shouldn't know at all. Yes, you can ask BC or whoever you know will tell you the information. Please keep it to yourself. What if all those information is not true? What if SBST found out about all these? Soon, the information that some people always get beforehand will no longer be available.To add on, services that learnt K230 doesn't mean it will get K230.
