It doesn't kill for me. But as I've mentioned before, a police
officer or a clerk receiving your complaint won't know what you're
saying is correct. They are not bus fans, and therefore have
absolutely no interest in checking whether the registration number
you give in the first place is correct at all.
And when they find something wrong with it, confusion sparks. Who
wants that? Everyone wants things to be sui sui, right?
Some people should really go memorise all the licence plates of
buses. Then they won't go wrong. Ask tamago... he's pro at it.
