u see ah, ptc approves 117 in jul. sbst has 6 mths to implement it else the application will lapse. so dec will be the deadline. and so we have a month and a half to see 117 else, we can wait long long already.

and btw, we still havent seen aug - nov bus service application. we may have withdrawal, mergers, new routes, amendments blah blah blah..... if it is the former few that have more then we can see 117 implementing earlier...

Its 1 year. 274 and 275's withdrawal application lapsed after 1 year.

Yes, "apply first then see how" is correct.

But second point is not correct. SBST has to submit the routing to ptc for approval also, so they need to plan first before they can send new services to ptc for approval.

Second point: Yeah, I didn't mean the routing. I mean the timetables/drivers/buses/release date/all the other factors you have to consider that PTC doesn't care about..etc, was simply too lazy to type :p
