How come no one talks about maguro, uni besides the normal sake sushi.
I like swordfish but I also like hamachi and tai sashimi. Uni, maguro and sake definately. Oysters too, plus raw salads, egg, prawns, lobster I'm all cool with it

Only thing I really HATE raw is Ika Rolling Eyes Damn nasty to chew and leaves this icky mouthfeel in your mouth too.

It's at Plaza by the Park....Chinese name is "Da jia le" or something, set up by one of the famous chefs...supposed to have very good buffet.

I guess Baccarat to ditzy is like what fei fei wanton mee is to ditzy (tho' in a different category of food). Laughing
