On sept 19, they tested the circuit ights in portions of the
track. About 70 percent of the track was litted.
With much glee after dinner, i rushed over to Esplanade bus stop
hoping the lights were on. Sure enough they were. joined by another
bus fan who was alerted, we proceeded to shoot night shots free
hand Hong Kong style.
However i found that i had to still use a longer shutter like
1/25 with f stop 3.2 to compensate for desto glow out. In Hk i
found it easier to hit shutter speeds like 160. So i was not too
impressed at the lights...lol
nevertheless not needing to use long shutter 1/4 or 1/6 to shoot
night shots was a great expericne. I look forward to the next F1
season to shoot such night shots.
in fact,, i reckkon tonight or mon night, some folks cd do the
same as we did on sept 19
