9300B 9316G are replacing 3690P 2733G. There's no fleet
addition. 8478B 8479D are replacing 3716A and 721D.
3615H was not not perm 229 in the first place. The replacement
for 52B is 40K and now 40K is replaced by 77E.
3644Z is perm 3 to replace 77E, the replacement for 3700U and
3711M is not confirmed yet.
