9812R wasn't perm S168, afaik.
1st was 9846T 9847R 9848M 9849K,
2nd was 9846T 9821P 9848M 9849K
3rd was 9846T 9821P (redeployed over to S25)
Has been quite sometime since VSOs left S168 and back again.
9811 9812 9813 9814 were all on S21.
i remember sprinting out of my secondary school to the bus stop to
board the S21 VSO. my last bell at 1.30pm. the bus arrives around
1.37-1.40pm. it was a mad rush. 
i've yet to see this one S168 VSO from my window though...
