Seems like ARBP/BBDEP is reducing its Scania K230UB fleets, and is
now left only with 21 fleets to run on 5 bus services (48,
123, 151, 156, 165).
and 63.
for 151, 156 and 165. they have hg to help them cope.
in fact for 156. even if bb dun get any k230. hg side can put in
to half the fleet.
165 bb side just put in 1 more will do.
then the remaining 8 spares. 4 can go to 48. 4
can go to 151.
