Sad to say I was on the double deck when I boarded it.

Not sure why but the problem since to come from the amount of 'gas' left in the 'gas tank' of the A/C. Correct me if i'm wrong to say this but not only VO3X have the problem. VSO and some other buses got this problem.

Only VO3x from what I encountered, has no problem is SBS9314L. The lower deck aircon is cold.
