This route duplicates the NEL from HG to Potong Pasir, dun think
SBST would want another service that steals business from its
train.
Next, it's too long to provide any significant benefits to its
intended loads at Punggol & Sengkang to CCK. Imagine you take
the bus at these 2 places and want to go CCK, but still have to go
to Potong Pasir, can easily take 2hrs.
