PGL at 0600hrs, last bus BBT at 2330hrs, last bus at PGL at
2330hrs. During festive seasons, buses will run 24-hour, in which
buses departing after 2330hrs will be renumbered 982N and charge
125 percent of normal fares.
Travel time (one direction): 70 minutes in off-peak, 90 minutes
in peak.
Buses: 23 buses A/P, 5 buses split shifts.
Main commuters: Punggol to City, Punggol to Chinatown area
(lesser), BB to Habourfront area, BB to Chinatown area. Buses will
not be able to slash North East Line (25-28 minutes without
waiting) Punggol to HBF/Chinatown timing (projected time 40
minutes) but will be able to do for Punggol to City (projected time
25-35 minutes). North East Line cannot reach City Hall area
directly, need to switch at Dolbhy Ghaut so bus service wins over
this.
