I think it is okay. Some people would prefer direct buses in and out of Tampines Ave 9, rather than taking S28 into the narrow streets and out. Good suggestion by tanjun. :)

ya lor... From Tamp Ave 9 (blk 496F bus stop) > Tamp Ave 2 (201 market) need about 20mins le lor. Ever since s28 amend to st 45,34, 32, S579, S552 etc all ply there le. Those living along tamp ave 9 (from dmss to tpjc suffered a lot while happiness in st45, 34, 32)

Don't ever modify any one of those....you will still get a lot of complains.

tell me how this service is going to travel from PIE to CTE (city) and from CTE to PIE (tuas direction)? Unless LTA specially two new flyover at this junction...

You didn't even plan your route well. And by plying so little stops, you can't expect high demand, and you are making this service ply on the opposite direction of S190 during peak hours. The demand is on S190 route!
