I agree. The two PIW slots are unnecessary. I think one would
suffice. After all the B9s only have one slot. I think SBST wanted
a large standing area. And since the area is so large, then might
as well put 2 slots for wheelchair.
0405 cramped? Then you obviously have not sat on a MKIII before.
The only berable seats on the MKIII are the side facing one, and
the one immediately after the side facing one on the right, the
first forward facing seat on the left side, assuming there is no
one seating on the seat opposite, and the exit row on the right.
Nothing else.
